Lori Lichtman-Sander’s training includes “Yoga for the Special Child", Therapeutic Yoga, and a personal practice of over 15 years.  Lori currently apprentices for Gabriel Halpern at the Yoga Circle in Chicago.  She spends most of her time teaching children of all abilities and varying therapeutic needs. After spending years of focusing on the physical intensity of the poses, her personal practice has evolved into greater awareness and appreciation of slowing down and working with basic poses in an extremely mindful way.

Kaye Honig has studied with many of the senior teachers in the yoga world and has great respect for all of them. She is grateful for Suddha Weixler, who was her first teacher in Chicago and Gabriel Halpern of Yoga Circle, Chicago who has been a huge influence on Kaye's teaching as well and introduced her to the concept of using props- blocks, belts, ropes, chairs, blankets, bolsters and more. Kaye also apprenticed for years in Gabriel’s Therapeutics classes: Yogic Physical Therapy.  Kaye is certified from Chuck Duff's highly respected Thai Body Work, Evanston, Il. and is now refining her body work even more by being certified as a Clinical Thai Body Practitioner.

Trish Nealon is drawn to an intelligent, alignment-based style of yoga that takes you out of your head and into your body so that you can get back to your true self. Yoga fluidly adapts to you as you progress, whether by taking advantage of support or suddenly seeing how to energetically brighten a pose. It is a way a healing that you help yourself to, once shown the way. She is immensely grateful to her teachers, primarily Patrina Dobish (certified Iyengar, masterful, eagle-eyed, and funny). She is also fortunate to have studied with Elise Browning Miller, Lori Gaspar, Ramaa Krishnan, Aadil Palkhivala, Tias Little, and the generous Gabriel Halpern.
