Yoga and Meditation workshop for Teens: Focus on Patience:  Ages 13-16

6 Sundays 4 – 5.15 pm : Starts 12th October.

No class on 19th October.
 

For our teen patrons we have decided to create a workshop that will be built around the theme of Teen Stress Management. Trisha will teach teens simple mind-body-breath techniques to handle stress and calm themselves down. Stories to increase self-awareness will form part of this class. Pre-registration preferred, drop-ins welcome

($100 for all 6 or $18 for drop-ins)
