Book Group - Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks

Pre-requisite: None

Ask and It Is Given:  Learning to Manifest Your Desires. 

 

It is summer and this will be our weekly "playdate"! Using the famous book by Esther and Jerry Hicks, we will reflect on the principles of manifestation and do some fun exercises each week to open our minds to dreaming big and co-creating what we dream up.  

If you prefer to drop-in when you can, the drop-in rate is $40 payable each time you come to class. No pre-registration needed for drop-in.  However, the recordings are only available to those that register for the full class.

 

Book Group - Start Where You Are by Pema Chodron

Thursdays 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Start Where You Are: A Guide to Compassionate Living

 

With insight and compassion, Pema Chodron presents down-to-earth guidance on how to make friends with ourselves and develop genuine compassion toward others.  

 

The class will be led by Ramaa. Through reading, reflection and discussion on the teachings, we will dig deeper and open our hearts some more. Each week's session will conclude with meditation.

Weekly Wisdom Drop-in Meditation with Ramaa

Wednesdays, 11:00–11:45 am

No Class 7/3, 7/10, 7/17

Cost: $16 drop in, 4-pass: $55, 10-pass: $130

Instructor: Ramaa

We offer Drop-in Meditation once a week. No prior meditation experience or registration is required to participate. Simply show up and join our group. We offer meditation chairs, bolsters and blankets to help you get comfortable and relax into meditation. Take a weekly break from the "busy-ness" outside to enjoy the quiet within and return home with Ramaa’s “thought for the week” to continue the inner work beyond your meditation.

 

Intentional Yoga

Mondays, 9:30 - 10:45 am

Cost: $20 (drop in)

10-pass: $180

Instructor: Lori

Awaken the energy centers in the body with “Intention-focused yoga”. This mindful practice explores specific asanas to embody the intention of the day.  This class is very alignment oriented and strives to take the focus from the outside…to the inside.  Monday’s class concludes with a relaxing meditative reflection.
