The ancient Chakra system outlines 7 levels that a human being lives in simultaneously. Various mind-body practices have evolved over the centuries, all of which are aimed at bringing about a balance of these 7 levels. Ramaa brings the teachings and meditations of mindfulness as a basis to deepen one's awareness and presence with respect to every Chakra and its impact on our inner and outer worlds. This is the the first half of the course. The second one will be offered shortly after the end of this one.

In addition, please register no later than 24 hours before class starts to receive the link to join LIVE. Those who register in under 24 hours prior to the class starting may not receive the Zoom link to join the session live, but will be sent the link to the recording after the class.
