Raise Your Vibe:
Our Raise Your Vibe sessions will focus on a single theme and practice them for 21 days to form a new habit. Through listening and re-listening to the words of wisdom, taking in the stories and examples from Ramaa and others in the Sangha, return to your life, apply the message, and embody it to become a newer, more conscious version of yourself.
Thursdays, 10AM - 12PM
Jan 11th, 18th and 25th: Focus on Intentions
During these 21 days we will study the power of Intentions and their role in decision-making. We will take a close look at our unconscious, self-sabotaging intentions and the underlying beliefs that promote them. The whole idea is to empower ourselves through conscious intention setting, using everyday events to create new habits of living even our "ordinary" lives with a vision.
February 1st, 8th and 15th: Focus on Gratitude
Gratitude is not just a sentiment, it is a pace setter. It is no wonder that Meister Eckhart, 13th Century theologian said, "If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough." Through the intentional practice of gratitude, we heal our past and open up to future possibilities. Radical gratefulness unlocks our imagination and breaks old interpretations, beliefs and patterns.
Feb 22nd, 29th and March 7th: Focus on True Peace
Pema Chodron, Wisdom teacher and author says, “Inner peace begins the moment you choose not to allow another person or event to control your emotions.” Indeed, but such control takes practice and honesty with ourselves. It requires us to know the difference between a peace born out of resignation and passivity versus a peace born out of equanimity and right action. While one shrinks our world, the other opens it up. Courageous acceptance of what cannot be changed, enables us to find our peace and raises our vibe even in the midst of our struggles.
