21-day offering
Our next 21-day offering in this year's Raise Your Vibe series will be centered around the theme of self-compassion. Together we will reflect upon what is self-compassion and how it differs from self-pity, how to apply it to our life - past, present and future. We will practice this in our waking hours and set up times and exercises to deepen the sentiment. Weekly meditation can become a daily "time-in" with ourselves.
