Understanding The Method
Developed over decades of study and teaching by Ramaa Krishnan, The Method is a structured self-awareness process designed to gently peel back layers of unconscious conditioning. By weaving together mind training, inner child healing, and ancient Eastern wisdom, this practical framework helps you observe your thought patterns without judgment, reparent early emotional wounds, and align your daily life with your true soul's wisdom.

Whether you are navigating a major life transition, seeking relief from emotional burnout, or longing for deeper self-acceptance, The Method provides a clear, compassionate pathway home to yourself.
About Ramaa Krishnan
Ramaa Krishnan has spent decades bringing the soul's perspective to the moments that matter most — the struggles, the crossroads, and the quiet search for meaning[cite: 1]. Born and raised in India, Ramaa was introduced to traditional spiritual practices early on.

Initially trained as a CPA, she gradually transitioned from accounting to fully immerse herself in the study of mind training and spiritual growth. After moving to the United States in 1998, Ramaa made it her mission to blend Eastern intuitive wisdom with Western intellectual rigor, leading to the founding of Full Bloomed Lotus in 2007.
