A Retreat for Renewal & Resilience
In times of pressure, uncertainty, and constant demand, it becomes increasingly difficult to pause and listen inwardly. Our retreat offers a space to step away from the noise, to reflect, and to reconnect with a deeper steadiness that supports clarity, resilience, and thoughtful action.
It is not about stepping away from life, but about returning to it more grounded and aligned.
This retreat is intentionally limited to a small group to allow for meaningful dialogue, reflection, and individual attention. Space is limited.

A Day Designed for You
This retreat offers a thoughtfully curated blend of mindfulness, meditation, guided reflection, and meaningful dialogue led by Ramaa Krishnan. Throughout the day, you’ll be invited into practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional steadiness, and a deeper sense of personal and professional alignment.

Gentle yoga and embodied movement will be offered by guest instructor Deb Wineman, whose approach complements the retreat’s intention of grounding and renewal. These movement practices are accessible to all levels and are designed to help you settle into your body and deepen your connection to the present moment.

Together, these elements create a spacious, supportive flow—moving between quiet reflection, embodied practice, and shared conversation—to help you reconnect with clarity and inner steadiness. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is required.
