  • Why should I create my Free Member Profile?
    Your member profile is the place where you can access all of your content, orders, bookings, and account information. We created this members feature to provide you with features so that you can easily update your information, track purchase, and locate our Video Package content.
  • How do I create my Free Member Profile?
    1. Click the "Log In" button at the top right corner of the Full Bloomed Lotus Website. 2. A form will pop up on the screen. Fill out the fields in this form to create your Member Profile. 3. Complete the form and Submit it.
  • I purchased a Video Package. How do I access my Videos?
    To access the Video Package that you have purchased, you will need to create your free Member Profile. Once created, our team will be able to approve your access to the specific video content that you purchased. You will receive an email notifying you that your videos are ready! You will then need to log into the site to access your videos. Note: This approval process can take up to 12 hours from the time that you created your profile. If you have created your profile during normal business hours, your access will be approved within the hour. If you created your member profile outside of normal business hours, please understand that we will approve your access as soon as possible.
  • I logged into the website using my member information but I cannot find my Purchased Videos.
    1. To access your videos, click the "Log In" button at the top right corner of the Full Bloomed Lotus Website. 2. A form will pop up on the screen. Click the "Log In" button which is located beneath "Already a Member" at the bottom of the page. 3. Enter your Login Information. 4. Once logged in, you will be brought back to the homepage. 5. Click the Circular Member Icon at the top right corner of the homepage. 6. Select "My Videos" from the drop down menu that appears to go to your member videos page. 7. Click "Access Session" in your Videos page to begin your meditations.
  • I did not receieve an email with instructions to join the live video session that I purchased.
    The email that contains the information that you will need to sign into any live session that we provide, will be sent to you at least a few hours before the session begins. If your purchase was within 2 hours of the session start time, we will get you the information as soon as possible.
  • I have not received any email after I purchased a product from the website.
    We are sorry to hear this. Our system is setup to email you the moment your transaction was completed. Sometimes email accounts will send emails to the Spam or Junk folder. Please check these folders to see if the email sent from ended up in one of those folders. If the email ended up in one of those folders, you will need to select the email and click that it was not a spam email. You can also move the email to your inbox, which will let your email account know that the email is not Spam/Junk.
