Start the year by returning to the essentials. In this 3-week class, we’ll explore how to set aside time, sit with intention, and settle the mind—creating a meditation practice that can truly last.
We will draw inspiration from Pema Chödrön’s book, How to Meditate: A Practical Guide to Making Friends with Your Mind, (owning or reading the book is not required). Over three sessions, we will reflect on the teachings, practice the steps of establishing a meditation habit, and learn how to meet our mind with curiosity and kindness.
This class is for anyone ready to ground their practice, meet themselves more deeply, and bring a calm, centered presence into the year ahead.
