The Rainbow Ladder - 11 Weeks: Using Meditation and the Study of the Chakra System as the Path to Higher Consciousness and Greater Self-Awareness.
The Rainbow Ladder now replaces Ramaa’s original Meditation and Self-Awareness Levels 1 and 2. The first three weeks will focus on introducing the student to meditation and other principles required to plunge into a deeper study and understanding of the Mind-Body field as explained by the Chakra System of the East.
(Click here for The Rainbow Ladder - 8 weeks. The 8-week version is for those who have already taken Weeks 1 – 3, or Ramaa's former Meditation 1, or The Untethered Soul and will skip the first three classes.)
Tuesdays 12:45 pm– 2:45 pm
September 5 - November 7
Prerequisites: Med 2, or Rainbow Ladder 11
We will undertake a study of this great gem from Hindu Spirituality. Believed to be over 5,000 years old, this text contains the essence of the Vedas, the ancient spiritual wisdom from the seers of India. The class will be offered for 10 weeks at a time until the study is completed (30 weeks in total). Each week we will study a part of the Gita and examine it in light of our daily situations. Weekly meditations and homework will be built around that week’s message.
Please purchase your copy of Bhagavad Gita in our store.
50 Days of Forgiveness
Wednesdays 12:45 pm– 2:45 pm
September 20 - November 8
May God grant us the courage to forgive what we cannot change! Many of our life's problems can be solved when we are ready to forgive, well and truly, and move on. The more we forgive the past, the more we can open up to the present and the future that is waiting for us.
Yet forgiveness is a muscle we must exercise gradually over time so as to extend it to the challenging situations due to which our life is stuck. This class will seek to understand what it means to really forgive - another, ourselves, or life itself. We will use the Violet Flame meditations, the Hawaiian Ho'oponopono and other practices to empower us as we dedicate 50 days to the sacred practice of clearing our debts with the Universe and start over.
The Untethered Soul
Thursdays 10:00 am - 12:00 PM
September 7 - November 2
No Class 9/21
We will undertake the study of this bestselling book by Michael A. Singer and revisit Meditation and Self-Awareness with a "new-old" lens. Amazon says: "Whether this is your first exploration of inner space, or you’ve devoted your life to the inward journey, this book will transform your relationship with yourself and the world around you. You’ll discover what you can do to put an end to the habitual thoughts and emotions that limit your consciousness. By tapping into traditions of meditation and mindfulness, author and spiritual teacher Michael A. Singer shows how the development of consciousness can enable us all to dwell in the present moment and let go of painful thoughts and memories that keep us from achieving happiness and self-realization."

The Power of Receiving
Thursdays 12:45 pm - 2:45 pm
September 7 - November 2
No Class 9/21
Many of us were taught the importance of giving, sharing, and serving without being told of the importance of asking, receiving and allowing as well. Giving without receiving reinforces duality and separateness between the giver and the receiver and creates imbalance in our lives.
Join the group that will learn and practice various forms of receiving while studying the book “the Power of Receiving” by Amanda Owen. As we open ourselves to receiving, we build closer connections with one another and with the Universe by opening up to receiving the blessings from above.
Please purchase your copy of The Power of Receiving in our shop.
