Hybrid/In-Person Sessions

In this weekly class, we will explore the polarities that shape our lives: life and death, abundance and scarcity, pride and shame, and more. As human beings, we are wired to pursue pleasure and avoid pain, often swinging between these polarities for years, sometimes even lifetimes. Rather than seeing these opposites as conflicts to resolve, together we will examine how they coexist and what wisdom they hold for us. Through reflection, deep understanding, and meditation, we will cultivate a pathway between these extremes, one that enables growth in the midst of the "big squeeze," as mindfulness teacher Pema Chodron describes challenges. Through deep discussions, teachings, and experiential exercises, we will move toward a space of balance, integration, and wholeness. This journey invites us to embrace the full spectrum of our experiences and recognize the hidden gifts within both light and shadow.
