In these challenging times, holding joy in our hearts can feel almost impossible — even wrong — while witnessing so much suffering around us. Yet it is precisely through cultivating a "both-and" attitude — embracing both awareness and lightness — that we raise the collective vibration and nurture resilience. Each week, we will water the seeds of joy within, even as we continue to do what we can to make a difference in the world outside.

Come for one, some, or all five sessions. Each week is a complete experience of its own, and together they build a powerful path of embodied insight.

Week 1: Positivity in Adversity
Discover how to remain open to possibilities amid struggle and build an inner reservoir of hope and strength.
Week 2: The Gifts from Forgiveness
Explore how forgiving — both others and ourselves — frees the heart and opens space for joy to grow.
Week 3: Reviving Laughter and Playfulness
Reconnect with the healing power of laughter and play as essential tools for emotional renewal.
Week 4: Opening Our Hearts to Connection
Explore the power of authentic connection in nurturing joy and carrying us through difficult times.

Week 5: The Joy of Gratitude
Practice cultivating gratitude as a daily habit that unlocks deeper joy and appreciation.

Class Fee and offer times:
Wednesday evenings, 7-8.30pm, starting July 2nd (Zoom Only): Full Series (5 classes): $250 OR Drop-in for $50 per class
Please register early—classes will run based on sufficient enrollment.
Thursday mornings, 10-11.30am, starting July 3rd (Zoom/In-Person at Karma Collective Yoga, Wilmette):
Full Series (5 classes): $275 OR Drop-in for $55 per class
